I’ve never made homemade muffins. What muffin recipe do you use?
Dear Muffins,
This question actually came from my best friend. I just really wanted to say, “Dear Muffins.”
She said: What muffin recipe do you use?
Then we proceeded to talk about sourdough starter.
Later I said: Oh what kind of muffins are you making?
She said: Well I’ve never made homemade muffins so I don’t know 😂
Then I laughed.
I said: 😂
‘Cause I’m confused how she’s never made homemade muffins before. 😂
I really do use a lot of recipes from Sally’s Baking Addiction. Not only muffins but I’ve used her pie crust recipe and her pie filling recipes plus her chicken pot pie recipe and others I’m probably forgetting right now.
These are the recipes my family has enjoyed from Sally’s Baking Addiction.

We also enjoy double chocolate sourdough muffins from Little Spoon Farm.
I have a banana muffin recipe I cut out from Real Simple magazine. This one is always a crowd pleaser.
I started milling my own flour so I now substitute store bought flour with fresh milled flour. The conversion is 125g per cup of flour. I use soft white wheat berries.
